These courses vary in length and contact hours but each course is completed less than 3 months.

Aerospace Core, Course

Continuing Ed
Advance your career with this continuing and professional development course. Start with this course then choose a track to boost your career options. This course covers a variety of safety and workforce topics required for the program tracks. It is required in order to take any other Aerospace course.
Length Under 3 Months
The 44 contact hours for this course take less than one term.

Aerospace Quality Introduction, Course

Continuing Ed
Advance your career with this continuing and professional development course. This program will introduce you to aerospace manufacturing and quality assurance skills in aerospace structures.
Length Under 3 Months
This course is taught in two parts. Each part requires 103 contact hours and take less than one term.

Aerospace Structures Technician, Course

Continuing Ed
Advance your career with this continuing and professional development course. This course focuses on basic aircraft structure technology including sheet metal assembly, maintenance, and repair. Learn hands-on skills such as drilling, riveting, deburring, countersinking, fastener usage, hand tools usage, and manufacturing safety protocols.
Length Under 3 Months
This course is taught in two parts. The first part requires 87 contact hours. The second part requires 78 contact hours. These courses can be completed in less than one term.

Composite Manufacturing Technician, Course

Continuing Ed
Advance your career with this continuing and professional development course. Identify unique characteristics of composite materials and apply the fundamental and practical knowledge necessary to build and maintain composite structures.
Length Under 3 Months
The 102 contact hours for this course take less than one term.

Drone, Course

Continuing Ed
Our two-day course offered at the Edge Center will prepare you for the FAA Part 107 (Commercial Drone Pilot) test. We also offer additional courses to bring your skills to the next level.
Length Under 3 Months
This course is taught in two days.

Electrical

Continuing Ed
Advance your career with these four continuing and professional development courses. Work alongside electrical engineers, using design plans to construct or repair electrical systems. Learn to detect potential problems with a design and inspect products to ensure electrical items are assembled properly and will work as expected.

The Aerospace CORE Class is the prerequisite course for all Aerospace tracks. It covers a variety of Safety and Workforce topics required for the program tracks. Training is offered fully online and may be customized to meet business client needs.
