Logistics Students Win Transportation Scholarships
Three San Jacinto College students, Ana Morales, Marlon Watts, and Amy West, were
awarded scholarships from the International Transportation Management Association. The awards support students pursuing careers in logistics, supply chain management,
and other transportation-related fields.
Seeing students successfully apply and receive the award fills me with pride
and a sense of accomplishment.”
To qualify for the scholarship, students must be enrolled in a logistics-related major,
maintain a minimum 2.7 GPA, and complete at least 12 semester hours within the past
year. The rigorous selection process reflects the scholarship program's commitment
to supporting the next generation of transportation and logistics professionals as
the industry continues to grow in the Houston area.
